By contributing code, documentation or any original work ("Contributions") to UTMStack, you agree to license your Contributions under the Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPLv3) and confirm that:
- you have the right to license your Contributions under AGPLv3, and that your Contributions do not violate any other license agreement.
- The Contributions are your original work or you have permission from the copyright owner to license them under AGPLv3.
- You waive any claim of copyright or intellectual property rights in your Contributions to the extent consistent with the AGPLv3 license.
- You understand and agree that your Contributions are provided under the AGPLv3 license, without any obligation for financial compensation or expectation of future compensation.
- You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to accept this Agreement, or that a parent or legal guardian has accepted this Agreement on your behalf.
By submitting a contribution to UTMStack, you indicate that you agree to the terms of this Contributor License Agreement.
